Green and yellow icons on profile
 

What's with these little icons in the top corner of everyone's profile? So far I've seen:
- green badge
- green circle
- yellow badge
- yellow circle
- clear badge (for offline players)
I can't tell why different players have different icons. Please tell me this hasn't always been there.
(Green badge gang btw)

Edit: So yellow seems to indicate that the player is paused and green that they're not. But why do some people have badges and others have circles?

I believe they are online indicators.
Green = Online
Yellow = Idle/AFK (I'm assuming)
Clear = Offline

Are the badges VIP?

Edit: They're online guild members who are wearing their tag.

Honestly, This update is pointless really...I mean it basically tells you everything you already knew or could figure out before....But now with badges. I don't really hate the update but it's kinda one of those updates that make you question if we really needed it i guess

they managed to make it bad by obscuring the player's head by a percentage

well it looks better and clean on my friend's list since you wont have to see (offline) anymore

I too don't care for how it blocks part of the character's face. They could have put it in the corner above the head or something. They could have even just colored the names of players different colors instead of adding the stupid bubble.

Not a big fan of this update.

Why does the away indicator not appear on the friends list? Kinda pointless to have it only appear in their profile but green on the list

I like it. Better than seeing offline, and looks cleaner.

Anyone who complains about the icons obstructing the faces are b*****s, because it hardly covers anything lol.
