Account transfer
(I understand this thread shouldnt be here and send a ticket blah blah, but i have done that ok)
This is getting stupid, I've played graal classic since 2009 and i used an email to identify my account that is old. However the company that provided the email no longer exists meaning i cannot receive any emails linked to said email. This is an issue for me because up until like 2015-16 it was very hard for me to play since I am only logged in on my old device which I'm getting rid off soon. (I cant move to another device since i cannot accept the email as it no longer exists.) So i send a ticket a few months ago and nothing back, i understand that it may take a long time but this is stupid as i cannot really access my account anymore. Is there anyway for me to transfer my account to a new email in a faster way? thanks. -fp |

Low-key hoping admins catch on and maybe consider doing something that most basic games can do, which is offer a ability to change email

still waiting, surely this cant be that bad of an issue, this is a common thing to occur since the game is so old it has to of been planned that people would have the same issue as me.

Toonslab support is beyond terrible.
Sorry to say, but your account's most likely gone. I don't know why email transferring isn't a thing, so many players have lost their accounts. |

When I lost access to my account back in 2014 I had some pretty good items on there, but I said whatever and made a new account... I now I have access to that old account, but can't transfer the items to my current account. I contacted toonslab twice and got the same response back both times welp.

the email I've used for graal will soon be deleted , I would also be interested in transfering as despite quiting I still want to keep my stats in case.
