Graal doesn't want me to log on.

I get this alert every once in a while on the Facebook route to Graal. What happens is that my internet loses connection for a split second, and when it comes back on it tells me I am already connected. If I come back later, nothing is changed, so I am sure nobody else is on my account. If I log on my iPod, and log back off, I can log on my computer again. Sometimes I can log on after I restart the computer, but sometimes I can't.

Is anyone else getting this message, or knows how to quickly fix the bug so I don't get locked out of Graal for no reason every 20 minutes?

You're not using the same email for VIP and your PC account and trying to log in on both at the same time by any chance?

Yephenpeace 02-11-2012 02:47 PM

This happens to me sometimes, you just need to log onto your iPod account and log out. I'm not sure what they could do to fix this.

MattKan, it disconnects me, and I'm on no other device. Plus, never gave out my VIP password to anyone. Simply a failure to recognize that I am not in fact online.

Yephenpeace, that is the only solution I know that works 100% of the time. However, it is pretty tough to find my old iPod, download Graal, and hope it works so I can log on again. Just looking for something I might need to reset real quick to let me log on.

Sometimes it happens if you disconnect, lag out or something like that while using the FB application I gues. I always have to wait a bit untill itīs working again.

This happens to me sometimes, just log out of facebook and log on again.

I'm not sure if this would help, but under your Privacy settings on Facebook it will show you any devices that are currently logged onto your facebook account. You could try disconnect all of those connections and see if it works.

Thanks for the help guys, but I still have no luck. Until I get my entire internet situation stabilized, the problem should not occur. Until then, I'll have to make do.

I have a problem with my network, my new computer must have thrown it out of whack. I'll get it figured out soon enough.

Shannon, I have the same problem. I'm guessing your internet turns off every time your home phone rings right? Or somethings it turns off randomly. Sometimes when it disconnects you, its glitches and your still logged in-game. Don't worry about this, your account logs out after about 3 minutes, so you'll be able to log in again. Happened to me many time before.

Thanks, I'm not a network genius but I might know what's causing this.

Randomly, even at midnight sometimes. Your problem could be caused by dial-up connection, since it goes off whenever the phone rings. One thing you could try is changing the channel of your router. Use Google to find the best guide for you, and let me know how it turns out!

This is some good information. I did not know I could just wait a few minutes! I'm such a spaz, thanks for clearing this up. Should be much less frustration now.
