I have made this thread to discuss an issue with some Graal Online account problems that have been happening a lot lately. This is a bit of an issue. It started last year sometime after Xmas. Accounts have been “dis-making” themselves for some reason. When you try to login your account says your email doesn’t exist. You re-make it and the whole account is gone. However you can still see it in a squad you were in and everything is there. I have recently lost a 100k kill account with 4K hours on Graal Zone.

Now what are you staff doing to help this issue? Anything the Graal community should know about? Why aren’t you helping us players that are getting our accounts “revoked” from our email. I didn’t make this to start a riot saying the Graal staff aren’t doing their jobs and what not. We have no clue what’s going on in the background. I just want to know why is this happening. Even if you can’t “help” you can still add them their kills/hours without transferring the account itself.

-Edit this is happening with all Graal Servers. Everyone I asked that has had this problem says support toonslab doesn’t even reply.

I can only think of two reasons explaining why the staff members aren’t helping with this issue:
1- They don’t actually know how to fix this problem.
2- Something related to a global ban (probably not).
Unfortunately you’re not the first victim neither the last victim, I know this started to happen to classic players since two years ago . It’s realllllllly weird that the staff members never attempted to help, is it because they don’t have the power to return your account? Or ...?
If this is actually happening to players all over graal occasionally then this is worse than I expected. This basically means everyone’s account is on risk of getting deleted, eventually this problem is going to become more famous and other players going to feel threatened. I hope the staff members provides a fix/explanation as soon as possible.

They should do something. With my problem all I asked for is my kills back nothing else nothing less. I asked a few ex managers they said they are able to add hours and kills to an account. All I know is that they should probably look into this because soon enough everyone will have to restart.

If they don’t have records of anything happening to your account then you’re not gonna get anything back anyways.
They can’t just go ahead and give stats to accounts just because people claim to have experienced this issue

You been banned at least 5 times. You was banned for multiple bans and then got your acc deleted

I myself have encountered such problems.

There is also a issue extremely similar ( Infact possibly even connected to this). Where a account can get seemingly wiped for no real reason. While you're playing. For instance I married someone as a troll for my In game brothers Yato and Raizo and make them pay for divorce and among other trolling things. And her account seemingly was wiped after marriage
( Literally without exaggerating her account was warped to the unstuck place and her account was 0 hours, noob look. No hats or anything. Fresh new) she got her account back by reinstalling graal and logging on but she lost some items to her account.

This even happened to me a while ago. I reinstalled graal. But when I rest talked I lost several pieces of furniture. My black event hood. A mount. And my event rose hat. ( Although I randomly got another hat which I didn't even want). Sent a ticket to toonslab. With video proof it was me because I took a video of when houses was a thing to buy. Toonslab never responded. Ever. ( So rip lost items)

So yes there is definitely some serious account issues going on. I'm hoping graal fixes this ASAP. Because this will be a serious issue if this isnt fixed right away.

Yea i feel bad for all the people who get there accounts revoked for no reason and not restored Im scared and dont know when it happens to me.

No there’s a problem going on for anyone who said it’s because you play or work on something unixmad doesn’t like. It’s been happening to more people than just those people. I know a zone zp that has gotten it happen to him. They won’t help him either. It’s something that needs to be looked into.

It's not a bug or something else.

These accounts were manually un-linked by unixmad.
Reasons could be that he doesn't like the games you play or are involved with outside of Graal, or other petty reasons.
My account was un-linked because I resigned from Era iPhone and many others followed, so they decided to blame me for the mass resignation instead of looking at the real issue which is and was HomelessWitch's incapability of managing an iOS server.

That's actually quite interesting. I remember not being able to access my account (even with my registered email) on Zone iPhone and Era iPhone. This occurred shortly after some problems with higher-management on Zone iPhone, so I don't doubt that this could be the case.
