Paying for Events?

The only reason a sane man or woman would play this game?: GST or Events or to Chat.

How dare you admins charge 150 gralats to play an event? There are sum poor kidz out there and u CHARGE us to play something on some server that barely receives any endorsements(if any)? Is this a way of obtaining more gralats since the items sold in graal reap almost nothing?(Not surprised cuz they all suck)

What's actually going on x.x

hm maybe so people don't get tons of ****ing tickets for free?

It’s a way to weed out players that want to actually play vs players that just push the event button without even looking at what event is being hosted.

Is there even a difference? Same concept, not like having the gralats guarantees entry in the event anyway.

Are you telling me that admins now scam players to queue into something that they have like a 1 in 50 chance of getting accepted in? And they incorporate the use of Secret Santa. I can not believe such hypocrisy LOL, get rid of the secret santa system i swear

Gralats are taken from your account after the event is over, not if you press yes to the queue and don't get chosen. Admins don't have any influence on any of the content in the game.

So basically only the winners get their gralats whisked away? O: or just the participants that get in?

Paid for chance, got warped in, lagged, didn't get to enter...Didn't get a ticket.

Your gralats are taken after you get a ticket. There's nothing unfair about that, you pay for something and you get something back, i.e a ticket that adds up into a reward

Because they literally don't. They're just staff, not developers.

This.

And it's also about weeding out noobs.
And it limits the number of events you can play; at least for dead broke people.

Giving a free ticket for participating is a half-decent offset for the fee.
But you have to pay for several events to be able to get a prize. At which point, its basically the same price as buying a hat at a shop, which is fair enough.
But really imo, winning the event should pay out 5 or more tickets.

So really it boils down to-- the only reason you should pay for events is a) if you are truly interested in the hats; or b) if you really think 150g is worth the 3min of entertainment of playing the event.
