I can't upload a head
 

I've tried uploading it with transparency on and off but it still does not work.
Admins still didn't accept my head.

The black might be a full black colour if that makes sense? Try changing the value of the black colour

yeah absolute black and absolute white should not even be used in the background. Change your background to a color value that you don't use (like crazy neon green or something). Also make sure it's a gif or png image.

I don't know how to do that. I need someone to fix the problem because I have no clue when it comes to these stuff.

Oh. I saw your second image there and it's saying no full face mask. I guess the issue is actually the design having most of the face covered.

I think the msg doesn't state that. I've got a feeling that it's the background. And I'm not sure how to do that

The image did contain pure black and white, which I've removed/changed.
However, the scarf might count as an accessory and that's why it's denied.

I've seen many heads with that. But you could be right.
