Custom Levels for Playerhouses
Right now the house and guild house system is very bland, at least from my perspective. I understand that some players are satisfied with buying the mediocre furniture and using the limited house templates. Why not allow the players to submit Custom Levels for their Houses. Of course, there would be a hefty fee (we wouldn't want to ruin that tradition of iClassic) to upload the level and a submission system that reviewed the level to make sure it did not take advantage of any existing glitches or bugs.
This was just a thought that crossed my mind i want to know what you guys think. |
That sounds like a great idea

I like.

This would be an amazing feature to add to the game! However, just as some naughty graphic uploads manage to slip past security, some levels with malicious scripts would slip in. If levels were stripped of all NPCs, and only tiles were copied in, then I could see it happening. If npc scripts were to be allowed, levels would have to be checked very thoroughly and it could take a very long time before a level gets uploaded.

Did you make it self? |
Yeah, this would excite a lot of people and probably draw me back to the game rofl.

They should just make a custom level editor kind of like an ole. Having a level made using the offline editor allows npc scripts to be added, which can severly cause problems. Inspecting levels would take forever, and with thousands of players it wouldn't be easy. Yes its done for graphics, but you only need to take a glimpse at it. With levels you need to not only look at the level, but every single npc script. Also, if an administrator misses a npc script, the result could be disastorous, such as creating a massive ban wave or giving everyone on the server gralats.
So just make a special ole for houses :3 |
Or, you know, you could just not have NPCs in the houses. I wouldn't be willing to make a level on my iPod. Sorry.
