Try making the background a different colour and make sure you didn't use pure white or black, used to screw with me so bad :D

The file you currently have, doesn't have a background. Just add one, and figure out the 7 colors you're gonna index. Seems like you have more than enough colors though so you might want to remove a color unless if you're planning to not index the skin color.

May we see what exactly or where the transparency problem is? I am no expert GFX or anything of that but I have worked on about 126 graal files before ( I know it sounds a lot but most was same body but adding different edits and recolor) Also. This seems to be something people have especially mobile people but sometimes when making a body some people experience this issue where I suppose when uploading it there is like very transparent pixels surrounding the body i guess. One way to figure out if you do infact have this problem is simply go into phone setting and enable Negative or invert colors and look around the body. They should appear as tiny gray pixel dots which is nearly impossible to see without negative or invert colors. If your PC it may be due to using pure white or black.

This usually happens when people save things as a JPG. However, this person's image is saved as a PNG, and does not seem to have this problem.

It appears you are using a solid, or pure black color for your body. All you need to do is just make it a tad bit brighter, so it's not solid black, and it should be accepted. Apart from this, I can't see anything else wrong with it.

Since you have already given it a transparent background, when you do go to upload it, DON'T check the "set transparency" option.

Hope this helps!

Pretty sure the problem itself isn't the outline(black) color, considering his file is set to #060606 instead of #000000. If you're looking for a color changeable body, you have to set a color as your background. If you want to keep the file with the current colors(non changeable), you can just upload the file the way it is.
