Inaccessible Email?

Hi, I have this serious problem where I want to open this account and verify it on my phone, but I just simply cannot open the email. My email account is Yahoo, but yahoo have this somehow inconvenient security thing where you'll have to enter a 4 digit code, that will be sent to your Phone Number, which I have no longer access to, for the reason that it was my old phone number. Any recommendations on what actions am I going to do? Helps would be much appreciated.

You can either contact support or usually they have other recovery options when you input as much information and they'll match it to see if you're the account user

Provide your old phone number with yahoo support and you should be able to get back in, considering the number isn't shown when it asks you to enter it from that specific number.

Support won't do **** unless the account is deactivated.

Uhmm, I've just done contacting Yahoo support, just like you said, But I wouldn't expect too much from it. Let's just see.

Anyway, is it possible to delete that old email of mine without any access to it and recreate another account using that same email username?

Your only option is to recover the e-mail.

If you can't recover the account because you can't prove you own it, Graal isn't going to be any help because there is no proof it's your account.

Ohh okayy @Colin, although, I've read somewhere in this Forum(I forgot which one, but might be wrong) where this person asked a staff to change or transfer the data of the graal classic account to another email. Thought this was possible? Correct me if I'm wrong.

But you can't prove you own the e-mail or account.

Ohh right :/, sad life, really hate Yahoo mail for doing such security system -_-

That may have been me, I was able to do this once back in 2014/15. I had switched internet providers from Windstream to Comcast, which resulted in my family losing our Windstream email accounts. I started using Gmail after that, and sent an email that including my old and new email addresses along with my Graal ID and an explanation of how I lost access to the email. I don't know if they'd be willing to do this anymore though, I've heard of a lot of people trying and getting denied tbh. I might've just been lucky...

Woah really?? What's the first step did you take in doing that? Graal support? Toonslab.com? :0 I badly want to recover that account. Hopefully someone might help.

You could try contacting yahoo personally instead of using the recovery system though.

Graal most likely won't transfer your account to a new email due to safety issues.
There's no way to know wether someone is trying to hack an account or not.

I understand, but what if Yahoo decided to delete my email permanently? :l, will I lose my account in graal as well? Or it has a different database? I just want to know, if my email gets permanently deleted, will my graal account gets deleted too? Maybe anyone can answer this?
