Reclaiming Graal Classic account.
 

I've been an avid Graalian for years now (mainly in the military guilds) but recently ran into a problem with my account. The device I use to play Graal on starting going out (IPhone 5s) and I wasn't able to port my Graal account to another device because the email I initially used to identify was lost to me. I emailed support when my device initially starting messing up and got no answer. Anyway, the phone finally died out and I've emailed support five times over the past 5-6 weeks and gotten no response yet to change the email attached to my account to another one. I have screenshots of the menu item that has your G number (that's what I call it, lol) as well as other screens only the owner of the account would have. I have spent a lot of $$$ on this account and time and want to reclaim it as quickly as I can. I also know many long time members in Graal, even some idev guys if that would help further the identification process. Thank you guys for the help.

Try contacting the email provider

I did that already. It was given out to someone else. To be fair I hadn't used the email in probably 3 years or more so that's not an option for me. Thanks for the input though.

I have screens only the account holder would have and can validate my account through actual in game idev players I've known for years. I refuse to accept an account I spent money and time on is gone. I'll keep at it, maybe my efforts will help others because this is ridiculous. No other app or game I've dealt with lacks the support to get this done.

I actually received a few messages about this situation outside the main post. Not to say I don't appreciate Eugene's help. Good try at sarcasm though tricklebean.

here's a really stupid idea that has about a 1 in a 1000 chance of working:

Email your old email address saying what you need to do. Hopefully, the person who owns the account sees it, and is nice enough to access the email from toonslab support to change the account's identification email and change it to yours.

now this completely ridiculous idea is completely banking on these factors: that the person sees your email; is nice enough to access the email sent by toonslab and go through the
process to change the account's email to yours; and if toonslab will reply at all.

if this idea which in all likelyhood shouldn't work doesn't work, you're out of options. start the grind again.

To be honest. Shouldnt of gotten a iPhone (Nothing against IOS,or much...muchhh) ,Getting help with getting your email back is well.....unheard of. They wouldn't even give the security code to the FBI to track down someone through their iphone who may have killed people, But I think FBI had to hack it to track them in San Bernardino.
Think they will give you the password or even in anyway shape or form help you? Answer = No.

And as for graal they also dont have a lot of history with helping with anything. Literally toonslab is nothing more than a bot that sends a email sayin they cant unban you. Despite what your going there for has abolsutely nothing with being banned. I know because I sent a ticket asking for help in restoring or backing up my account with lost items that glitched out, Response?

How does using an iphone or any other device make a difference?
You can use whatever email you want for graal, it doesn’t rely on your itunes account or google account(Unless you've used your gmail on purpose ofcourse)

Admins are all Graal Script 2 (GS2) coders usually. Learn GS2 and become a dev if you wanna do something about it. with the admins being "unhelpful". Cause' Honestly with all the computer systems running in this room, I could pretty much be toonslab right now volunteeringly Lmfao.
