I honestly prefer setblade knives. Though it does matter what you are using them for. If you are going for something showy, get a butterfly knife. For a practical knife for hunting or throwing, I'd invest in a knife made by Cold Steel. They might be expensive, but are a worthy investment

I'm a fan of Ka-Bar knives. I've purchased a few products of their's and the quality is remarkable.
All the crap I've bought from them: "Mule" Straightblade lockback USMC fighter knife Mini Dozier folder (this thing is a cutie, purely for string and tape cutting) Some of my other knives: Buck Bantam lockback - kinda disappointed with the quality overall. Tec-X Inceptra linerlock - I got this because I liked the style of it. Quality was better than expected I also have one of those older Shrade 152 sharpfingers, from back when they were still made in the USA. Illustration: Spoiler

I have a butterfly knife, but since my mom didn't allow me to own one of those sharp I bought a butterfly knife comb.
