Name Changing Difficulties
 

So, I want to change my name on Ol' West. But whevever I press enter on my new name and exit my profile, my old name still shows. This happens multiple times, even after resetting the app, and logging in and out of my account. This happens on both platforms I play on, iOS and Android. Please fix this.
(I can't post any video proof because my tablet is outdated and I can't screen record. Screenshot proof is useless, in my opinion)

What is the name that you're trying to change it to? My guess is it contains something inappropriate in it without you noticing.

No, I tried multiple appropriate names like "Joseph" and "Coryn". I used the name I use for all Graal servers. I needed to reset my name back to "DecayingMatter" after my sister also went through a few problems changing her name to "Kitty" because she wanted to use my account.

You cannot change your name in the Trading House. May not be your problem, but it happened to me.
