I want to lose my body fat.

I want to be thinner, feel better, and look better without equipments within a year, I think it has to do something with my health since my stamina isn't great and my back is starting to hurt since my mom has scoliosis but I still want to have a good body. Right now my waistline is 34 ~ 36 and I weigh 80 something kg or something idk what scale, but its pretty high up there. Right now I'm doing the insanity workout routine, I'm also doing this to stop my sexual urges.. or fapping since I'm trying to stop fapping too much since school stress and depression.

Anyone know how I could get thinner and having a good body but I'll also need diet recommendations since I only eat like twice a day and tons of junk food.

I know this is a crazy and very weird tip but I lost most of my fat after drinking a lot of COLD water. All I did was store a whole bunch of water bottles in my fridge and I'd drink them every time I get bored or just a little hungry. I did this for a while and lost fat somehow. I googled this and I found out that it increases your metabolism or something like that.

Ok well for starters, eat better.

Eat 3 meals a day and don't skip breakfast. Cut the junk food.

If I were you I'd start a jogging routine. Start off simple and easy, don't push yourself too hard and as you improve your overall stamina aim for longer distances.

I try to jog around my neighborhood every day if I'm not too busy.

Yeah, apparently drinking cold water increases your metabolism supposedly since the body has to heat it up to body temperature

But I drink like tons of cold water a day since I get dehydrated easily.

Will do, I will also set up my own daily schedule to fit my workout routine since I do 5 hours of art a day, but I don't know how to maintain both.

Yeah I've been doing this too since I always get dehydrated.

thisss!!! & eat ice and fast whenever you can..

but i wouldn't recommend it if you want to lose weight in a healthy way. i've been doing it before and lost about 7kg in one month (before i got caught : ^( ) but it makes you tired and of course, hangry...

so... just follow a diet plan and exercise a lot? patience and determination is all you need (=^ ◡ ^=)!!

Try to puke after u had a meal

Crono 02-25-2017 04:03 PM

count calories

edit: this is actually the answer, it's not an opinion. literally all you need to learn how to do.

Cardio is key, the idea is to get a caloric deficit. This means burn more than you eat, water is a good substitute for boredom hunger and such but as stated do not starve yourself, you will burn more calories eating regularly but keep the meals healthy

This is a horrible suggestions. Bulimia does not help in any way to get in shape. The acid in your stomach end up corroding your teeth and can lead to gastric reflux.

1. Don't drink your calories, avoid soda.
2. Know what you are eating, goes along with counting calories

Your metabolism doesn't mean a whole lot when you're trying to lose/gain weight, its all about the calories going in and out of your body. If you are eating right you don't even need to exercise and to the average person you will look just as good.

Count calories. Seriously, just count calories. It's science: it's how the body works. You take in calories, you burn calories, any calories not burnt are stored in fat. Don't take in more calories than your body loses and bam, you start losing weight. Exercising speeds up the process but just counting calories can be enough(albeit slow).

Download an app that helps you track calories. They will give you a goal and every time you eat you log it and it will tell you how many calories you can consume as the day goes by.

Eating healthy means nothing if you don't actually make decisions based on caloric intake. For example everyone thinks salads are so healthy but by the time you drown it in dressing it has more calories than any meal you decided not to eat instead.

What Dusty and Crono said 100%.

The trick is to choose fibrous vegetables and low GI foods that take longer to digest so you feel fuller for longer. Make those foods dense in nutrients but lighter in calories. You could eat 1 chocolate bar a day and still be within your daily calories but you won't be happy, you'd probably get malnourished and yet still lose weight.

A simple way to cut a huge amount of calories out of your diet is the elimination of refined sugar and white, processed carbs (white breads are a big example). Favour whole grain but better favour unprocessed vegetables and other carbs (legumes).

Don't drink anything but water - for some, artificial sweeteners can trigger an insulin response. Insulin literally tells the body to store fat, process glucose, since glucose is toxic if left lying around, hence diabetes.

It's not so much losing body fat but being healthy. There are numerous ways to lose body fat, a lot which are unhealthy.

Body fat also isn't as clear cut either. Subcataneous fat, i.e under your skin, is not unhealthy. The fat that causes problems is abdominal, visceral fat that encases your organs. This is the stuff that harms you. This is what you want to worry about.

You mention you dehydrate easily? I would schedule a doctor's appointment about that and request a fasting blood sugar test, given you are concerned about body fat. If there is a problem there, it's best for your doctor to know and oversee any dietary regime. Luckily, the best medicine for those sorts of problems is good diet and exercise. It can certainly make weight loss harder if not recognised and controlled.

I hope this helps and hope you succeed :)
