McDonald's McBites or Chicken Nuggets?

McDonald's has released its new Chicken McBites in the U.S. (Includes all 50 states including U.S. District 409, District 215, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and all allied U.S. classified territories), also in Canada, Mexico, and some European & Asian countries. These new Chicken McBites are made with juicy, bite sized pieces of premium white meat chicken breast, seasoned for a home-style flavor. Their mostly pop-corn chicken pieces similar to the McNugget but fried and prepared differently. Whats your choice?

Oh and if you knew what they use to make their "meat" you wouldn't buy it. There is a reason it's so cheap. It's unhealthy and disgusting, if it wasnt for the damn lobbyists there would be laws that makes it so they would have to tell us what they use to make it and how it is made. You wouldn't eat it if they told you. They arent legally forced to tell you what parts of the animal are used... Or how it's prepared, or how fresh it is. Or how many calories it is or how much fat is in it...

Actually in the U.S. McDonald's is required by law to provide any nutritional, caloric, or ingredient information requested by a customer.

I'm curious as to what these new chicken bites taste like.

Azrael 02-01-2012 03:12 AM

I'm afraid of the chicken bites.

And the nuggets.

But the nuggets are too delicious to ignore.

Yes but it's not shown. A customer has to ask first and they can use generic answers like "chicken meat" and "flavoring" and they don't need to say how fresh it is and how it's processed.

well I'm pretty sure they don't leave it sitting too long... they probably don't want to get sued for $25,000,000 because some little kid almost died of salmonela poisoning or food poisoning and i don't see to many instances of people getting sick because of how its processed. If people want to eat it then their free to eat it. Its obviously not too big of a secret because people know how its made they just choose not to acknowledge it. So @Higby you might as well just drop your "how its made" debate because people eat things that aren't the healthiest for them everyday like to much salt and larger than needed portions. So until you can prove that a processed chicken nugget is actually really that more bad for you than a large bag of salted potatoe chips then get @ me. Sure the thought of it isn't that pleasing...but its not stopping too many people because an average of 85 million Chicken Nuggets are consumed by people worldwide from McDonalds' all over the world every year. So just leave it alone ok.. its just a fun little poll. gosh!

I got the "share" size of the chicken McBites, they are pretty good.
They taste a little more crunchy skin but softer meat, and taste more real than the nuggets.

but yeah I like the bites>nuggets

DiceGraal 02-01-2012 04:35 AM

I definitely have to go with the McBites personally. I like the extra crunchiness and better chicken taste that the McNugget doesn't quite satisfy. :)

I've seen Super Size Me and I still can't bring myself to ignore how delicious they are

DiceGraal 02-01-2012 05:09 AM

lol ikr ^

Higbey 02-02-2012 02:03 AM

It's the flavoring in it.
