I had the same issue as you 3 days ago, I mailed them with the receipt and they gave me the gralats instantly.
What's weird is that I didn't even try to purchase anything that day and got the receipt from Apple, Is graal payment even secure?

It's because you included a URL in your ticket probably (which is the stupidest error ever). Staff probably wonder why there's rarely any form of proof in reports when there's no way to attach files or include URLs.

Google Play tends to give refunds out faster than Graal does.

It's been a couple days without a response, am I impatient or do they think I'm a joke

maybe they'll give you extra cash for your troubles lol, but i doubt it. i remember they gave a free vip golden ticket one time while the server was having constant seizures.


if you just want your money back, google will most likely give you your money back faster. if you want your gralats, then just email [email protected] with the receipt and stuff. nothing else you can do in that regard but wait.
