Body Issues
 

Basically what I'm having trouble is that when I try wear the body, it won't show up at all, and now the body is invisible (or gone).

I been having issues for 3-4 days now and I still haven't got my refund,I contact 3 gps, I submitted tickets twice, and I still have no response. So please help fix this problem :unsure:

is the blue outline intentional? &are you sure its not a cache problem? (ask some of your friends if they can see it.. if they can, try reinstalling the game)

i wouldnt submit a ticket for a body if i were you.. not saying toonslab isnt reliable but i think its faster contacting a GP..

does everyone see it as invisible, or just you? If its just you, then its just your device.. Sometimes happens when you redownload app, or switch between wifi and LTE/3G

Nope the blue outline is supposed to be black but it got messed up and yeah I did try contact 3 gp staffs but they told me to submit tickets and wait (which its been days)

nah I tried everything, so I just think the file got broken cuz when I try wear it, it shows my other body I was wearing (my warrior body not the suit) So its like the body is disappear/gone without receiving refund x.x

But yeah I though the gp staffs has upload/refund powers and I'm sure its not that hard to scroll and find the file (I was a staff before at another server so I know how it works)

If anyone has a copy of the body and can post it I will reupload it.

yeah it does

its a custom body.

Is that even allowed to be on a custom body? Especially now that such accessories are purchasable. the body may have been deleted for this reason?

Yea that happens when bodies/heads are deleted off of you. Same thing has happened to me from when the rules were made really strict. 4 heads and 2 bodies were deleted and only got a refund for 2 heads and a body. Yours was most likely deleted because of the sword which probably now counts as an accessory, the no refund was probably just a mistake though.

it's probably just an unfortunate scenario involving your body getting refunded by staff. not sure if your problem was fixed, but a major annoyance for me is the less then helpful staff accepting GFX you upload and then randomly deleting it later, often without refund.

from what i can tell, accessories fall into the hats category now. that upload site hasn't been updated in ages, but common sense sorta gives you an idea of what they will and will not tolerate with all the new updates.

there's still an over abundance of ******ed graphic refunds and deletions of course, especially since in order for it to get deleted/refunded by an admin, it has to get accepted by an admin in the first place.
