Who really rules the world in graal?
I have illustrated my problem, well, support.toonslab will not help me since I had apparently had enough time to stop. Now if you ban someone, then usually has a very good reason, I have accepted it, but I can not understand why one should be able to eradicate the whole player, in this case me, my whole work. Well, I know I did something wrong, but the administration still can not answer me why my spar is reset. I have a very big problem. Many know my mistakes now, but to make it clear again. A few days ago I was having a small riot with 2 of my friends at a bridge near MoD Town. We kept killing each other and after 200-300 kills. They gave me a warning, my friends also, but after ~10 minutes without reason we got banned, 12h bann because of "boostin". We were shocked, however, with regard to all accounts, I was the reset victim (kills and spar). I wasn't aware that doing something like this wasn't allowed or considered "boosting" because I used to think that boosting meant constantly hitting the spawn point at towers in order to get kills. There are often very huge riots with hundreds of people in Swamptown, so I thought it was okay. I had no idea that I could lose my statistics because of this. I'm really upset and all my friends already made me realize that I'm not getting my stats back, whether they're real or fake. I'm honestly so sorry. I already contacted Graal by a ticket, their answer to my problem was quite disagreeable, once they remove statistics like this due to "boosting", they do not return the stats, they also said that they wouldn't continue to answer my problem. Well, that one caused by something like a disaster was me unconsciously, it is already hopeless, but what should I still make? Admins do not really relate to a problem and try to harm innocent people. I have to bear it now, I can understand it on the other hand, actually they do only their work, but they do not refer to my point of view, that is an insolence.:\
