Do You Think Graal Would Ever Be on Steam?
I reckon they are missing out on a big opportunity imo. Graal would get a huge player boost and more profit for Unixmad
|
it would be a pain transferring everything to steam
and imo I think they're fine, about an average of 3000 players a day is pretty good |

It really should be, id love it on there that way I can easily spend my steam cards on it.
Seriously though, Id like it to, but Bram makes a point. The servers would be really laggy, and if it got alot of players, the map would be way to crowded. Id love to but theres lots of things that could go wrong. |
If they made development tools integrated and more accessible, I think Playerworlds would do good on Steam. AFAIK Roblox is doing pretty good, and it's similar to Playerworlds from what I've seen.

Probably would get negative ratings up the ass.

It would never be on steam, Unixmad is making enough cash as it already is.
It being on steam doesn't necessarily mean it will have an increase in players, there are certain games that do poorly even with it being on steam. Graal isn't one of those games people would want to play when there are far better games with proper customer service. He doesn't have to risk it, it's a gamble that is honestly not worth the time. I also believe he doesn't like the idea of Steam taking a minimum of 30% profit. |
