hat issue please help
 

So i cannot see one of my hat, this is what happened: My iPod was dead so i went on my iPad to get on graal. when i was on graal i received my tandoku 1k hat. so later on that night the i got back on graal, this time on my iPod AFTER i uninstalled graal then reinstalled because of crashing issues, and the hat was gone. apparently only i cannot see it, but everyone else can. Any help?

Which server did you receive it on?

Go on fb and come back to classic?

ill try that again and also it only shows up on my iPad but in my hat list its an invisible hat

Try to reinstall it again. There might have been an error. Else if the problem is on FB, maybe the hat is not uploaded yet.

I have reinstalled app and i think that might have been the reason it won't show up on my screen but i think it might be that it hasn't upload to my device? idk cus i can't see it on iPhone or facrbook

If you had iFile, you would be able to see that the file is missing from your app package. Because of that, the game has nowhere to pull the file from, so only you cannot see the hat, while everyone else can. Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to be a fix for these types of things in most cases, but if you already tried that on your iPhone, I would try reinstalling it through your computer.

Usually, your device would download the file from the server the second you first see it on your screen. Do you see other people wearing the same hat, or is it only your character that can't seem to wear the hat?

Yea, this happens sometimes when a staff sends you the hat some reason this has happened to me too. Sorry no help from me just getting my voice out there to get it fixed possibly. =)
