its not working right on customs viewers can someone figure out what I need to do?

I'm fairly certain the customs viewer only works for.... Customs. Seeing as how hats, mounts, bows, bombs, bouncy balls, jump ropes, juggles, hula hoops etc aren't custom, it probably won't work. ALSO: Is it a set of earrings or a controller D-Pad?

when I did it the graalian disappeared lol

This probably means there was an issue with transparency maybe?
