Graal Client Login Problems
 

Sorry if I placed this in the wrong thread as I'm a bit at a loss for where else to put this.

I recently moved to another state and upon going to log on to Graal PC Client I entered my user and password and was treated to a black screen (not on my PC due to a graphics driver issue but on client) for about 3-5 seconds before being returned to the login screen. I reinstalled the client because I had everything on a portable hard drive because I wouldn't have my desktop just a laptop, however I still got the same issue. I went to graalonline.com and requested a new password and tried that, same issue. I tried logging into graalonline.com itself and was give "this password is invalid" message even though I entered the password they gave me. I can log onto RC using that password but not connect to my staff server (which is expected because I'm on a new IP) so I don't think the password is the issue. I don't think it's a problem with the client either as I can get to the main menu screen using a guest account. I think it may be something with trying to get my IP confirmed but I never received the email to do so, I checked inbox and spam and even trash but no email. Please help

I'm on a 64bit windows OS if this changes anything.

I would suggest emailing Unixmad himself at [email protected]. Or you could also try [email protected], they helped me fix my IP errors with this dumb Google Authorization thing.
