A Player Chosen Event Hatshop?
 

What if say there was a site where people could vote on hats submitted by players. Until say anywhere from 35-25 hats then devs could pick from those. (They would be in a new shop. And we Wouldn't see the ones the devs chose)

Then for the special events/onnets/nexus's we wouldnt be suprized when we see the hats and we would already know what it will be like.

This would be cool and would inspire more people to enter the wonderful world of pixel art

This is what l thinked really looking foward to this

The only difference that would happen is that the players would express their disappointment BEFORE the hats are released

Mmmmm... yeah no. Wait and submit a concept at christmas.

Why wait until Xmas? As much as i like getting A. Ugly Or B. Female aimed hats and a occasional decent hat i kinda wanna choose. And why? Id like reasons why not. The majority of graal would get the hats they want.

What exactly are the hats they want?

Not "Cute bow for your head" or "Super space helmet"

Why wait until Xmas?
Why don't you ask your family to give you your Xmas irl presents right away?
Why wait? Well because that way people have a whole year to work on their hat/furniture/items. Which means that others must have done the same thing. The longer the wait, the better the stuff must be if you want it to get in. If we simply do something like oh let's make a shop with player stuff that we can restock occasionally, the quality will drop and the quantity will go boom.
If you wait one year for stuff, you can expect to get quality.
After all, what we're always asking is not quantity, but quality.

I would rather see a golden toilet shooting out a gold turd as a hat than some of the stuff coming out recently.
