Sleeping.
Ok. For the past 3-4 days,it's taken me at least 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours just to get to sleep.Yesterday, I was able to sleep for maybe 1 hour then I wake up and stay awake for 3 hours tops. Is there a way to maybe solve this sleeping problem?

Don't look at bright screens before you go to bed. You can also try working out at night or taking a shower at night. Both make me feel relaxed and comfortable, which makes laying down and going to sleep feel that much better.

Take 2 NyQuils at night, enjoy the rest of the night.

Download some soothing sound effects like heartbeats or light rain and listen to it while you try to fall asleep.
It always helped me sleep when I was a kid. |
