Is there any way that this could have a similar effect, like the hat displays? My one friend has a mount that I would really like to have in my guild house. I hope this could be a new update in the future. I unchecked the option for only owner can use this furniture, but it still didn't work for them.

What? I assume you're asking that you can take a mount from someone's stable, just can a hat from someone's house. You only take the hat if you have the hat yourself. If you don't have the hat, it will just give you a blank hat. You wouldn't be able to take a mount that you don't have.

I don't think that's what he's asking... He's asking for an option so other people could give mounts to your stable furniture item, Like how your friends can place hats on hat stands. He didn't say anything about taking it

Yeah, sorry for the confusion, I just want to have their mount 'displayed' in my house, if that makes more sense.

I understand the request, but I hope that doesn't happen. There's a handful of things (besides furniture itself) that only the owner can display in his/her house; loot, bugs, and mounts. Let's keep it that way.

I mean let's be real, the main use for the mount post furniture item is for players to show off their most "prized" mounts, anyway. Take that away and it makes showing off rare mounts much less special.

I thought it was for keeping your mount ready to go even though you wanted to use other inventory items while in your house? Sorta like a third menu button without the button?
