Support Toonslab won't work
 

It just doesn't work anymore and I don't know who I should contact to appeal my ban, so can you guys tell me how can I do it? When i open the page and try to submit a ticket it says file not found

have you tried turning it on and off?

Try from a different computer/device.

Contacted them like twice 2 days ago and havent gotten a reply still, dont know if it really doesnt work or it is just taking too much time

i think they answer u only if they resolve ur issue.

A friend wants to swap an account email (apparently having issues with the site they associated their account with, not password related). Is that possible through toonslab or is it a lost cause?

Yeah, I find that toonslab doesn't work or respond to any problems. Whether it be a game difficulty or problem/bug, I never get any responses. Oh well.

Admins should help people but obviously they are not doing it.. Seems like a very lazy crew of 12y/o

How about helping yourself and not getting banned?

The choice was yours. It was your decision that got you banned. You broke the rules. You pay the price. Don't blame admins for it.

I didn't get banned for a valid reason that's why I am appealing lol, if I were banned for something that I did then I would have just accepted my ban. Staff is doing a very bad job with toonslab, I just don't get why they don't answer. And i'm not the only one that didn't get an answer from them
