Email transfer
 

I have been trying to transfer my email for about 2 years.I went to the website(still broken) and I've personally asked admins.I'm hoping the forums won't end the same way.

I am assuming Toonslab. I just went on, is it still broken? can't really tell. i don't wanna put my email cause i don't have any issue with graal rn.

I believe toonslab is working, you just have to register an account now. I haven't checked since it went down, though. If it really is down still, you can email [email protected] but this thread is going to be closed because you generally won't get any help from staff on here.

Nice, they still don't ask for a player's GraalID, though. That was the most annoying thing. They need to require a GraalID when submitting a ticket.

"As first step, please enter the e-mail address which you have put in the profile inside the game. We need the e-mail address to identify your game data and to be able to contact you back."

Players will now sign up with the email they use in game, allowing them to have access to their account information.
