I suggest we have a house rating system . It doesn't need to be complicated and could be as simple as like leaving a 'like' and the number of 'likes' are displayed on the screen . This may encourage more creativity when decorating the houses as the most of houses now are made, codeshop etc. Also, this system can recognized player and their effort in revamping their house. What u all think about it ?

I like this! I feel like there could possibly be a tiny reward (not gralats, or anything that encourages boosting) for when you are rated good, similar to how if someone applauds a message you have left in Dark Souls you regain all your health - perhaps a stat in your profile?

The rating should be changeable to to discourage scamming; if someone is saying they are offering 100g per rating and they do not follow through, those that have fallen for it can simply change their rating from a like to dislike.

I like the idea but I don't think there should be a reward, just a scoreboard that shows the top liked houses like for kills, spars, etc.

This is also a great idea, maybe top houses could have s bit of a reward though, like a voucher for vip or a furniture item in any store lol

I suggested this last time, and still like this idea.
I suggested it with a leaderboard though, and people said, "People will just rate their friends >:["

(I mean... how many friends out of 4,000+ players are going to rep just that one person)

Yeah, just a rating system alone would be nice.

Agreed, theres no reward needed besides a trophy or whatever the top sparrer, baddy killer, or player killer gets.

Or a favorites system like this, instead of likes.
Favorites to allow you to revisit sounds cool.
Maybe both favorites and likes.
Not a leaderboard though, because then it would be pay to win.
Saying that, since you might like a house, but wouldn't list it on your top 5 list.

Instead of a leaderboard. Could just have a furniture item that displays the amount of likes and favorites of your house. I don't know where it could be placed in profile, so a furniture item would be decent.

Interesting idea. I think it would be cool to have the most liked house(s) have their own building somewhere like Delta and people can enter whenever they want. Could be almost a seasonal contest, or just give some time and make the top 5 houses or whatever an actual building on the map.

i think their should be an update with housing all together. They need to delete guild houses, and rename them to "premium House" because thats basically what it is, you pay to get a bigger house, has nothing to do with guilds.
THEN they need to allow guild leaders to buy a GUILD House, and they should be able to give guild members POWERS to edit the guild house themselves. Therefore 25 members could be contributing to one house, making it a guild house.

That's a good idea, but guilds need to be changed so that members generally stay. It would suck to buy a ton of furniture for a guild house, just to be kicked from the guild. Unless the furniture went with you that you bought.

Yea thats what the staff are doing now apparently. Guilds will be more permanent, so when you look for a guild you should look for a mature leader who isn't going to screw everybody over.
