Before yesterday i was afk in my main account , anyway when I went to play it was saying something like global server problem and my email has been revoked what the ???? Anyway i identified my email agin and it say that there is no email identified yet with this account and i have to create new one ?
I'm sure 100% i didn't write it wrong , also i was used to play iera on FB ( my FB is the same email i identified to my main account ) and same issue , i can't play its say theres no account with this email ?
also on other Graal servers > same issue

Is this problem from Graal or what ?
I don't want to lose my era account i pay a lot for it please help me .
I already submit a tickets but nothing .
I have the Graal id and the email if its help .

Posted by Zetectic (Post 697497) sounds like you were involved in an account trading, so they locked your main account away. then the system gave you an option to create a new one. that's what exactly happened to a friend of mine who sold his account, he got his account locked permanently and it wasn't recoverable according to the toonslab.
