Why are so many bozos coming on Zone to hack? The zone community in general just ignores them, so why would they bother?

To answer your question, it might just be that Zone is pretty much dead and the only fun remaining players find in the game would be through hacking and cheating.

An inactive GP team that doesn't have much knowledge on dealing with and detecting hackers.

I believe they're talking about those wsu trainer abusers that has access to rc and change their tags to (manager) spawn items, warp and use boots.
