Have never seen this before, logged on and won 1 spar.
And got dc'd with this message how come half of the people who spar in mixed are allowed to lag but I'm not.

Staff always make an effort to keep laggers out of spar but sometimes just don't manage to get them all. You must have just been doing the wrong thing at the wrong time lol

That's a bad excuse to disconnect someone. Might as well disconnect all the Philippines, Brazilians, Turkish, and Mexican players who are ten times worst when it comes to Internet service.

It only applies to Sparring, I only spar when I have 100 ms - 200 ms.

Sugar was lagging no more than she usually does, looked like around ~250ms, was banned a week for it after getting disconnected like this... Pretty dumb

Is that also why idevice players are being disconnected? Cause I've been getting random disconnections(I usually have around 50 ms) for the past week. Sometimes but rarely, I also see multiple idevice players d/c the same time too, so I don't know if it's a server side thing or not.

Can't really say whether it was deserved or not, but there are tools for measuring ping, and how fast it fluctuates. No one is just guessing that someone is laggy.

Unless your ping was absurd, like maybe past 800, I don't think disconnecting players during spar makes sense.

I have seen this as well. Happens to me 3 times a day usually, and I only play for 2-3 hours a day. It seems to happen to large swaths of players at the same time

It's not like someone's internet can just spike outta nowhere. Maybe if it was consistent I'd understand lol.
