Ever look through your hats or items and see something you don't remember getting? Well I do. And I'd like to dedicate this thread to helping answer questions about mystery items!

To start us off I'd like to know if anyone knows how or where I could have aquired this: https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-emO5FfZjK...38.25%2BPM.png I don't remember buying it at any point, nor was it a VIP item to my knowledge and I never see anyone using it. Thoughts?
