Events, what happened?
 

For the past few months, events have been hosted less and less. Before admins took the initiative to host as much as they can (ex:Zinnia, Brick, Korin, etc) but the current stack host barely. I'm just curious and this is directed to the current admins; do you not have the time, other priorities involve, or is it due to other circumstances?

If that's the case, I feel like there should be an Events Team or an Events Galore done every weekend to compensate for the lack of hosting.

Events Galore, whereas several admins host different events during a time period. Example: Zinnia hosted Bush Race, Brick hosted Sumo, Korin hosted Cliff Climber, etc

Events Team would be cool, would mean more stuff to do. Maybe give away gralats and stuff mosy of the time so event hats stay rare/uncommon.

I'd be anxious if events galore would be a thing during weekends . The server CPU would be at like 100% and we'd most likely crash / lag out of the game .. just a tought though

In 2014 and 2013 I would host really often, this past year I haven't been doing it as much though. I'm not sure why I slowed down so much.

If it's what you guys want, I'll try and host more.

I feel as if events have lost cause...Very few good hats its just luck and repetitive events. It gets worse as more join

The queue killed events lol. Even if they host, we would have a 1/2000+ chance of entering

This... and it makes it seem like there are less events when the queue comes and goes without you having any other interruption to your game.

At least when there was a warper everyone would run around looking.

What are events, has anyone actually seen and even? I havent, those rare creatures...

The event system sucks. If the server has over 3,000 players online then you have less than a 1% chance of getting in an event lol. Please go back to warpers or make an events building like iEra has had for years..

Sorry but the event system just stops the same people from getting into the events over and over. It says something when the major complaint is "I never get into events again" because they were so used to getting into it so much. The events were almost exclusively for a small group of players and imo that seems way less fair.

To say that's what killed events is pretty stupid.

Never get into these events thanks to this stupid que system, just make a warper that ques you and closes within 2 minutes.

Has a max limit of 300 people and it selects 30-50 of them so you have a 10% chance of getting selected rather then 1%.

I think its time an events house was implemented that actually hosts events that take skill, like team tag 1v1 spar! 15 on 15 and you can tag out at any time. Once a team has been eliminated the winning team is spilt in half and they keep the process going until 1 person is left standing, Tagging out puts a random player in.

Lol now no one who enjoyed those events dont get to join them at all because the que system chooses randomly out of the 3000+ ppl that probably joined it. Glad I got those hats and had fun before they made it this way.

I just hate the fact that there's this random queue thing :/ if you guys wanted to avoid constant winners it would have been better to filter the warps..
