HOW TO FIX STUCK LOADING SCREEN (PC FLASH ONLY)
 

Randomly, you may encounter a stuck loading screen, making you unable to play the game until doing something unorthodox such as deleting your cookies/history (which might not even work)

I have found a way that can possibly help you get around it, but it will log you out of your account if you have it identified (you can easily re-identify by going back to the menu)

First step is right clicking on the screen, like so

and then clicking on settings


Second step is to go to the folder picture on the settings

Third step is to drag the scroll all the way down to 0, this will prompt you into a warning screen saying that it will wipe out the information from Graal (don't worry, this won't delete your account or anything unless you're identified from your email) Just hit OK

In the fourth step, you will need to refresh the page

After all that, the loading screen should be back to normal, and you can enter the game.

IMPORTANT last step

You will need go back to settings, and put the scroll back to 10 KB, or you will be on a new account every time you refresh
