Toonslab

The automated responses from toonslab really get my goat.

Ash Ketchum 02-13-2016 09:52 AM

They are real responses though with just copy & pasted answers for efficiency

Skyzer 02-13-2016 10:29 AM

I'm sorry, but this poll is pointless.

Not really. Recently I was asking about an issue with players ban timers and the idiot behind the ticket kept replying with the ban won't be overturn yet I wasn't asking for a ban appeal.

Albie 02-13-2016 05:36 PM

Which kissasses voted for 'No, it's fine the way it is.'

Colin 02-13-2016 06:20 PM

I wish more people would understand that regardless of how much you dislike the system or how things like bans and all that work, talking about it here isn't going to change anything.

I understand the whole wanting to vent your problems and stuff somewhere, but pretty much what you're doing is aimlessly complaining into a pit of nothing and expecting something.

This is also the reason why talking about bans and problems in-game isn't something that should be done here, Graalians can not change or fix any of that. I mean yeah, Graalians is for discussing Graal but it just sucks how a lot of it is about stuff that we can't really change or help with and it just reeks pointless negativity(that some people even blame us for).

You guys also have to understand that Toonslab deals with a lot of tickets, often tickets that are most likely dumb and a waste of time, it would be too time consuming to be typing out a wide variety of replies that can often be summarized in one or two sentences and after dealing with so many it's probably going to take a toll on the people handling them and some mistakes are going to be made, they're still humans not robots. Just try sending in a ticket at a later date.

Also Bryan, I think even though the timer was resetting you will still be unbanned at the proper time it's probably just a bug/glitch that was/is causing it to reset. If it really is resetting the timer completely for you and others then they would most likely know about it and fix it.

Sir 02-13-2016 06:24 PM

NO, what the **** Colin, how could you let the ticket system be so ****ty? /kidding

Crono 02-13-2016 06:38 PM

You're not special snowflakes, you deserve a copy pasted generic answer to your issues.

Esp you, with your "lel sex educashun on kidz game ish natural~" thread.

Asteria 02-13-2016 06:38 PM

Colin boosted "No" Votes or there are 7 other idiots who voted "No".

I didn't vote and I'm not sure how they handle tickets (never had to submit one), but assuming they're handle reasonably I don't see why each ticket would responded to by hand. That's too much effort for volunteers who are likely responding to very generic issues in large quantities.

For paying customers I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect some kind of answer that is relevant.

Problem is they don't have a real support team, all volunteers which is the bigger problem with graal. Graal has terrible support as a whole and it is a valid reason to bring up (IMO) that it should be improved (but it never will be). Someone said it's pointless to bring it up in this thread but it's a suggestion like everything else.

Not sure why some people treat it as a sensitive subject or as if it's ridiculous to even talk about it and act offended.

Aguzo 02-15-2016 12:04 PM

I have a feeling that regularly paying customers are the one's that get treated the best, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

It would be ideal to cater the people who are supporting the game more, but you can't just put aside the rest of the community that doesn't buy gralat packs as often. If you give enough care towards all of the players, and not just the one's who buy a lot more packs, then the one's who don't might just end up buying more for at least being listened to.

Again, not 100% sure if this happens, but I have seen people who pay a lot of money get their bans appealed super fast, and have more influence with staff.

I didn't say the answers should be irrelevant, I'm just saying that generic copy pasted answers usually suffice.

I beg to differ. You can't fix or change things, but other people can. Well at least for classic.

I tried to submit a ticket yesterday about making a purchase of a $9.99 gralat pack that didn't go through. I did it again and it went through however according to my account I was charged twice but received one pack. I attempted to submit a ticket (only used toonslab once ever) and it says "blocked sender"?

I hope the site was down OR my e-mail was somehow blocked in error otherwise pass the word to unix, it's on like donkey kong. =)

Nope.

"Ticket could not be entered - blocked sender provided."

Thank you for whoever fixed the issue with the missing pack. =)
