Graal the Adventure

Something I have always wanted to do, but never really got to was play through the GtA's questline. And now that I have enough free-time I figured I could finally do it.

And I also decided I would document the experience, so here I go haha.

Beginning of the Adventure!

Took a quick break to stand by a tree and was assaulted by a random assailant, he has yet to be apprehended.

Real Ninjas can't be black I guess.

Pushing was what I was doing in the beginning.

My attempt at James Bonding it.

I love the quality of the quests, levels, scripting and all that stuff. Only thing I dislike is being confined to Graal City, but obviously the overworld will expand as the story is further developed and implemented. I did find the one book refering to some volcanic mountain and some race I've never heard of called the Cid, so I guess that is something I can look foward to.

You want to visit your family's graves? I'll need some soup before I can let you do that.

Easily the best game ever made on Graal, it's so good!

No need thor has a youtube walkthrough for most of the questline

Work on the other sections of the overworld are pretty much solely being worked on by Racil. He's got quite a bit done with Swamp Town and the Destiny area.

Big City Volcano, probably. And, the "Cid" you referenced is probably Zorbi Cid, the title for the lead Zorbi scientist.

The books don't really hint at any of our future plans, because they're typically recycled from the levels we replace.

No actually it had a name and it wasn't Big City Volcano. And idk I think I just remembered incorrectly, I don't think anything was said about the mountain being volcanic.

If combat in Graal was like the cutscenes Graal would be a lot more popular

I guess it's mount Sylphia then (think the book calls it mount Sylphid). It's where the Cid's headquarters was located in Tyhms classic.

No it was Mt. Something Something. Two parts to the name. Still can't remember...

Where's the book?

Uhh I think it's in the place where you get the Chef trading card by fixing the fountain, somewhere near the bar at the front I believe

Skyzer 02-12-2016 03:40 AM

Racil was right. The Zorbi Cids on Mount Sylphid.

You know, it would make sense for there to be a player-operated event hosting system on GtA. Event hosters could even earn their own rank points along the lines of PK and Spar points based on feedback, which could then translate to things like ticket-issuing abilities.

Sounds pretty abusable.
