Yokai Watch is the New Pokemon
 

It seems like Yokai Watch is gaining a lot of popularity in our area. And it's also a huge success in Japan as well. I think we've got the number one contender for Pokemon in our hands. I just recently played the demo and I have to say, I really did enjoy myself. I find myself enjoying Yokai even more than Pokemon itself, so who knows.

The anime of it is pretty weird. I remember an episode where the MC stayed up to watch the "adult channel".

Looks ok to me but I just prefer Pokemon over it in general.

The two are constantly compared for whatever reason but I feel each game suits its own audience.
