A actual guild house

This is a feature we all want a guild house we can all edit so let me explain how this works
1.It is way bigger than a normal guild house it has rooms for each member spar rooms practice towers and sure why not ctf(just to test it out and see if peeps like it)
2.Here's how the editing system works you have your own furniture and you can place it only you and the guild leader can remove it. And each member has their own personal room witch that can edit for your personal room you can choose it's layout (they will be the same ones that you can pick for the interior for your house
3.Here's how my idea ctf works you guild gets split into two random teams then each member picks a map than the game picks one of the maps then you have the capture the other teams flag 3 times to win.

4.Lets talk about the practice tower. Your guild gets to pick form one of the towers veto simulate to see how it would be basing there and what strategies they can form it will be attacked by npc babies or something like that in waves that get progressively harder.

Like the idea, as always when this is suggested, but im not sure about the whole CTF+towers bit. Seems like it would be a little wasteful, just don't see people getting all that much usefulness from practice towers, and adding hoards seems like a challenge

Dang! Your ideas are sick but are staff able to do this i'm sure it will take them a long time if they were to do this.

So... You get to kil the babies? Sweet. +rep

Now that we're moving on making loyal members let's make guildhouse as the name implies GUILD. I'd like to see guildhouses with gs arenas (CTF if this gets added and becomes competitive with it's own tournament), rooms for each member and you enter it in the house option, but like it could be something people build together as guild by gaining points so it like starts really small and you can somehow upgrade it by getting this many guild points.

I like this idea except for the towering thing. While it may seem fun, it could be said that guilds should just go attack actual towers.

Maybe there could be a gralat fee to be able to upload your own levels.... which brings me to a new point.

With all of these advancements in making guilds better, members should be able to donate to the guild. Rather than the guild leader solely paying for furniture, levels, uploading graphics, etc. right out of his/her pocket, it would be helpful if members could donate gralats or furniture to a guild fund. This would probably also strengthen bonds between members and build loyalty --> if a member donates a lot to a guild, they probably won't want to leave. Also, if the guild point system gets implemented, points could be given per donation & for items bought towards the guild house.

Kind of like a farmville setup where you buy more land with your guild with points and progressively build. Adding level would be interesting.

Lets say iClassic has 1000 guilds (probably a few thousand more):
25 Member per guild = 25000 Levels for member rooms alone
CTF is at least a 3 x 3 gmap
not instanced = 9000 levels
a tower, lets say 1 outside level, and two inside levels = 3000 levels
Spar arena probably 1 level = 1000 levels

So all in all for 1000 guilds you would need 38.000 levels which all can be edited at any given time, etc. In addition some may need to be instances which means they require even more power.

If an iClassic admin would like to portray the actual number of guilds here, feel free to do so.

But personally I think this would be a lot of freaking work, and I'm not sure how the servers will work with this (I am no expert on lag in correlation with this stuff)

i doubt that many guilds would do that its more for loyal guilds etc..

I rather think that every guild would do that. Because why not, if you can have it why not do it

I didnt mention before that the each member getting their own room doesn't appeal to me.

Other than that, not everyone has the tools to edit levels, and if they download graal editor, not everyone is good at making them (everyone is allowed to upload gfx but not everyone does cause of fees and required talent), so that decreases the need to upload levels. I mean, tons of people submit graphics and every single file gets looked at. Every single guild picture needs to be approved to update the pic. And im sure that there are some graalians out there willing to apply for a staff position who wouldnt mind.

Nah
Rename Guild houses and call it Premium House
Make every guild have their own guild house that all members can enter through the guild menu but to edit the GH the leader needs to give you powers. Guilds should also be able to upload certain types of furniture for the GH for 10,000 - (staff can give templates of the strict types of furniture that are limited to us)

some furniture templates coco posted that staff can limit us to making. http://imgur.com/a/gtW4S

I don't see a need to rename it to anything. guild house sounds fine since that's what it is. Uploading furniture might be pretty cool, as we might be able to see art-based guilds again too. I wouldnt price anything yet though

No your not understanding what I'm saying... Guild houses NOW aren't really GUILD houses, they are just bigger versions of the start "house".
A guild house would be ONE house owned by a GUILD.
every person shouldn't be able to own their own guild house, it should be a guild based thing. So the "guild houses" we own now should be called premium houses(or something) and a guild house should be shared and owned by a guild where every member given the rights should be able to edit it.

Weeno 03-02-2016 01:44 AM

I like the idea how there's only ONE guild house for a guild. And I'm actually fine with noobs having them for like 2000 gralats cause they won't have anybody to hang out with
