Is it really hard to upload a hat?
 

Sorry if I come off as annoying or ignorant, this is just a rant thread to hopefully get some attention to my situation, hopefully. I submitted several hats for Christmas, two of them being a fox and a penguin kinda. However, since I didn't test them out the alignments were pretty bad, so I end up fixing them and asked leah about it and she said to email it in, which I did. After 2 days no changes were made, so I posted on the bad alignment thread with both the hatfile names, and the fixed versions while pming Rufus about it. I've pm'd Leah in game, pharaoh, and coco to try and get some attention to this issue but so far nothing has come out of it. You can go ahead and call me a bitch or whatever, I'm just frustrated Marc had his reuploaded in a day and I've been waiting a week and nothing has happened. Maybe a week isn't that long but hey, is it really hard to upload a hat?

I'm sure they are allowed a week to spend time with family and friends over the holiday season... They were probably still sorting things out when they received Marcs.

In future, use that preview thing they have on Graal Depot. I think it can be downloaded also.

You literally drag the file into another folder, takes around five seconds lol. Maybe they need to do other stuff like writing a documentary before uploading and that's causing such a delay? No clue.

Maybe they are uploaded and the reason you're not seeing them is because of Graal's image cache~

I've used several devices including pc, laptop, idevice, and android. Maybe it's on my end but I've asked several friends with the hats and no changes.

That wouldn't make any difference here.
