New admins being recruited?

I heard New admins for graal online classic are being recruited. how I know this is beacuse an admin named Nathan broadcasted it on graal classic and I want to confirm this is real and not fake. I have made this to let you know you can now apply at Gp.graalonlineclassic.com. Last but not least good luck to those who have applied!

It is real, you've been able to apply at that link for a few years now.

Ebmem 12-15-2015 09:52 PM

No I mean are they going to read them now instead of not reading them like they always do AND are they really accepting New TO members or have They just broadcasted it for no reason

They are read, lol. I was hired after I sent in an application there in January 2013, people are still hired to this day after they apply.

How long did you have to wait on a reply?

A week or two at most, but that was a long time ago. It's possible they are a little slower now at replying to them, seeing as there is only one GPA at the moment.

Yeah this has been going on for a while. Also when applying its really important that you do spend a lot of time on your application. It's not something you can just spend 5 minutes on. Your goal is basically to have your application stand out from the rest. I sure spent a lot of time on mine and it payed off! Seriously though, a lot of people really underestimate how much work they should put into it.

So did you get accepted beacuse you spent time on your application?

So if i work maybe 1 hour on my application it may have a better chance of being accepted?

It isn't just because he spent time on the application, but I'm sure it played a role.

Things that will improve your chances of getting hired are pretty obvious, but here are some things anyway.
  • Little to no bans on record
  • Lots of game experience
  • Helping other players / answering their questions
  • Good grammar

This is by no means an exhaustive list, nor will having / doing these things guarantee you a staff position.

Right I will re-apply again thanks for the help!

Dread 12-15-2015 10:10 PM

Yeah, I mean out of all factors of getting hired and such, your application is one of the things that you have complete control over. Knowing that i'd recommend you take full advantage to make it as refined as you can. Also its pretty important to just be yourself on it. Don't try to lie and be someone you really aren't just to get the job. It's pretty easy to see through that stuff.

Something that helps (I think) is using personal experiences from school/work/home and taking what you learned from those experiences and mentioning them where specified. I did this and I'm not sure if it helped me or not, but it may have.

looking forward to those random bans!

Don't bother applying if you've ever won multiple spars against the same player, advertised a bit.ly link in your status, had your status reset for trivial reasons, been warped away from towers for trivial reasons, etc.

Just saving you the time and disappointment.

Also if your not in (Zanza) dont apply, if you have less than 1,000 hours dont apply, if your under 17 you prob wont be hired, if an admin has you blocked dont apply, if you make a thread about being hired your odds are lower now. Good luck
