same type of thing happened to me, they replaced it with a 'file not found' background lol

Using an image as a bg color was never intended. Instead it was fixed so bgcolor can now support #rrggbbaa. If you want it to work how it was before, for aa just use the first two characters of the image you were trying to use in the first place.

I don't condone the use of "su" as an alpha value though! That's not proper hex code... I suggest: #fff1ffdd

Okay to appease to the poor players who exploited this little oversight it will now try to convert your odd image background colors intro hexcode instead of outright purging it.

When I first asked someone how they did their status background, they gave me one of those codes too and I was confused as hell

Then again, I never understood the space before the = sign either
