Account ID

not sure where i should of put this so i guess ill just leave this here.

ok so i have been banned for hacking/cheating for 89 days (2152 hours) don't know why and im trying to submit a ticket because i didn't do anything lol.

it asks for my Account ID, ok and how do i access that if i am banned? it doesn't come up in feedback or anything.

There should be something that says "Ban ID:" on your ban screen. Your ban ID would be the set of digits after that. It should start with a G following a bunch of numbers. This is also known as your account ID or graal ID.

Yeah, no problem. I could see why it can be confusing as it is called a ban ID on the ban screen but they are the exact same thing.
