Upload Issue: Any Clue What's Up?

When trying to upload this head, the darkest brown within the hair becomes transparent - this isn't fixed by setting transparency with or without a solid-colored background, and I have no clue what's causing the transparency. Any ideas?

Its not showing because the head is indexed change it to RGB and it works.

It's a gif. Pretty sure he got someone to fix it though.

Switched to RGB, then I took out extra heads in frames that don't change from background, then exported as a GIF (auto reindex) :D
