Error yes it is, loads of small traffic incidents in turn equal points on your licence which eventually lead to you getting banned from driving.

Reason: Too many bans too frequently.

I have not been banned in more than a year.

I think it means multiple reasons that have added up to 1 big ban, not simply banning you just because you have been banned before
