Transparency problems
1 Attachment(s)
First of all, if this is the wrong place to post questions, I'm fairly new here and I apologize. Now I know that there are a ton of threads about transparency problems, but I couldn't find a solution in any of them for my particular problem. I've been trying to upload this body for the past few hours and have gotten rejected multiple times for the same reason: visible background. It's a color changeable body so I indexed it and set transparency but it keeps getting rejected, and I'm not sure why. I've even erased the background and resubmitted the body, only to get rejected again. Can anyone explain why I can't get my body approved?

@JJJ
You mean it changes colours? So it is a .gif file? If yes: make sure all layers either have the same solid background colour or have a transparent background If no: Are you ticking the "Set Transparencies" box when you submit it? |

Try this. You had some stray colors. Should be fine now.

Hi Droid, the body is not a gif, and I did in fact check the "set transparency" button.
@Coco Thank you so much, I'll try your edit and report back! Also what do you mean by "stray colors"? Just so I don't make the same mistake again in the future. |

http://i.imgur.com/ZOEGFP8.png you don't have to, but I'd suggest using the colors from body.png for the sake of keeping track of how many colors you're using so not to use too many or too few. (these colors): http://i.imgur.com/SJ8rbAu.png For more details about it, Dusty made a pretty helpful tutorial on how to properly set a body as color changeable here: http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...hp?t=134257117 |
Oh wow, thanks for showing me that. I did in fact take a look at that tutorial before, but clearly didn't follow it well.
By the way, your edit got approved and works like a charm. Thank you so much. |
