Hack Tools Detected???
 

I got a window pop up saying "hack tools were detected, send a ticket to toonslab" around 2 weeks ago. So I did what it says and submitted a ticket, then 3 days later I got a reply asking "Did you have any hack tools enabled?" I replied "no". Then I decided to play on a noob account since it might take 3 days or even longer for them to reply again. 5 min later, I got the same window pop up again. Then I created 4 more accounts, all got the same problem within 5min. Today I finally got a reply from toonslab saying "If you don't have hack tools, it shouldn't have enabled." Judging from the context of the window pop up, I am banned permanently, that means I can never get my account back.

The only possible reason I can think of that zone might think that is a "hack tool" is my keyboard remapper I have enabled for my sparring in classic. Yes, I am a pc player. And most players on zone are idev so it is not really a big problem for the zone server. I always been have keyboard remapper enabled while I play zone before, and I never got banned or warning or anything.

My question is : Do any of you guys play zone on pc? And do you think it is possible for zone to consider keyboard remapper as "hack tool"?

EDIT : toonslab just replied it is possible that they detected remapper as a hack tool and ask me to uninstall it. But it would affect my sparring in classic. I think zone should enable remapper since classic is totally fine with it and it is not really any "hacking tool"...

just find another remapper.

Anything could have tripped up the server, and I think the staff should have a log of what tripped up their system. Maybe they could tell you the program that caused you to be banned.

Graal has always had a **** detection system, I don't remember the server but you could have a folder name "Hacks" or something like it, the folder would be completely empty, open it and it'll spam admins.

Funny how the Game detects keyboard remappers but not Cheatengine or LMAObox.
Who plays Zone anyways? Basing is terrible m8. I like having missions though.

But i really do not know why though the game checks for keyboard remaps. Probably for macros would be my guess

Chun i have the same problem and i don't even have hack tools and i can even prove it. i don't even know what hack tools look like. Graal online had not right to ban u.What Graal online really need to do is fix the problem cuz then more people will have the problem and start annoying them for it. and it when i was playing on PC it showed me the message.I don't know what caused it but there really need to fix it before it get out of hand.

Pretty sure graal detects processes via their name so just rename the process in task manager and see if that works out?

I do not think flash has the capability to view process names of other running programs. The GraalOnline flash client must have another way to detect running hacks.

I asked them is it possible for them to remove remapper as a hack tool lol they replied "No, if we detect it, we won't want it used."

Is it even possible for you to cheat or glitch with remapper? What if someone is using a keyboard with a few keys broken? They cant play?
