Wrongly banned
 

Hello, I am new to this forum but I have a question and a plea for help. Earlier about two weeks ago I was wrongly banned for cheating. I genuinely have no idea as to why I was banned and I really need help getting unbanned. Please tell me what I did if I did do anything wrong admins and I assure you I will never make the mistake again. I know for a fact I didn't hack especially since I do not understand how. My GID is G853817, please unban me.

I know what it is. I just dont think many people are supposed to tell everyone their GID in the first place correct me if i'm wrong..

Geez wait out the ban. There are lots of great things outside of Graal.

When you sign up for an account it makes you agree to the site rules, guess you missed this section...

"Remember that this is a fan forum, so whining about your in-game conflicts with staff and discussing bans is not appropriate here either. Such concerns should be forwarded to the people who can deal with them at support.toonslab.com."


It doesn't really matter who knows your GraalID, there's nothing anyone could do with it that is malicious. I could put "Graal1080388" in my user title and be just fine.

1. The ban screen says to contact support.toonslab.com to appeal the ban. Have you tried that yet?
2. Never give out your graal ID to anyone. Be careful about who knows it and/or has access to your account.
3. This forum is for players and staff to discuss in-game stuff. The higher up staff don't use this as a means for appealing bans.

Best of luck getting unbanned though.
