Disconnected from the Game Server

I recently encountered a problem while trying to connect on Graal. I have this message, on my phone or my computer. (here computer)

Could someone help me? I don't know why it do that..

I did it already, like 100 times. Not working.

Try refreshing, restarting browser, not afking next time, your connection probably had issues at the moment. Happens to me sometimes too, nothing to be worried about. I would call your company though, and sort of complain :D they might raise your internet speed/give you a decent deal to keep you as a customer. Works with various companies such as microsoft, and at&t.

Or.. use a vpn.

uh, it may be possible that you are either IP banned or someone running your network blocked the IP of the game server, dunno

I already tried this, it has been a week now.. :/ I will call my company though.

So I would be randomly banned? Then I would need to email support in that case. I can't check though.

It happens to me as well. It's just AFK issues. It disconnects you. I just refresh the tab, and it rolls through.
