Toonslab Support Question.
Before reading please note this is a question not a complaint about being banned from iClassic. (towards rufus and colin)
After waking up and this morning and getting ready for school I hopped on my pc and opened a new tab on my google chrome browser for iClassic I soon came to find I was banned for 6 days then reading a pm from jail from my friend saying I was banned for having the guild tag (cant breath). (btw no idea why I got banned for that I think it has something to do with sarah) My girlfriend was also banned because our accounts were linked I also had no idea that this had occurred and that account linking can get us both banned.
We both sent an appeal and also asked that we have our accounts unlinked.
I got the same old "After further review, it has been determined that this ban will not be overturned.
This means that you will need to wait the duration of your ban and that your ban will not be lifted early." that most of us are familiar with. All I want to ask is: - Is toonslabs support ticket service run by a bot?! or by someone who has no idea or is not capable of helping me or others?
- Why did they not unlink our accounts? I know they do this for others?
I do not want this to be seen as a complaint about a ban but a question towards customer service :) thank you.
