Head Removal
 

Howdy!

I'm sorry I have to complain because as myself I want a GFX/Deputy position but... I had my head removed today on Friday, May 29, 2015. I was AFK ( gaining hours ) at school with my computer online with graal on at home. I left for school at 7:00 AM and got home at 2:30 PM to see my head removed with 10k in my account. I had below 500 gratals Thursday, May 28, 2015. Obviously an adminstrator probably removed my head and return me 1/2 what I paid for. Keep in mind I spent 15$ ( google play ) for my in-game currency. I would like a full refund and an explaination of why my head was removed. I know "someone" accepts the customs before allowed in game... I had my head accepted meaning if this was an accident by accidental acception then this your problem and I should be getting full refund ( 20k ). I'm sorry for the inconvenience and please fix this small issue! I know HW has logs for 'Ol West meaning she can handle this if she isn't busy of course. I have multiple proof with logs and screenshots? Please, fix and have a lovely day! :)

Post your head. P.s. if its in violation to the head upload rules and gets refunded you only get 10k as you should know when uploaded that it never should of been accepted.

I had nothing wrong with it. Admins are helping me Fatal? Even then thats still wrong! It's not my fault if my head was in violation of the rules to be ACCEPTED in the first place? I'm learning GFX and if I don't get full-refund for what's in violation of upload rules then thats "foul language" I uploaded my head if I got an error message then I would have stopped and fixed it. If it gets accepted the first time and I have no clue it's violation of rules thats thievery to take what I spent 15$ from a giftcard to get 1/2 what I PAID for in-game! :angry:

If you uploaded the head and it was against rules in anyway(i.e got hat on/staff head etc) and its accidentally accepted then you can only get the half refund[because it already tells on upload page what shouldn't be on it etc]
(i guess just wait on the ticket report maybe higher will allow this once) but that is how it works for future reference. staff have to go by rules aswell.
at the money comment you could say that for alot of things (buying a gun and it getting nerfed etc.. just the way it goes sometimes)

P.s could you post head here? so i can see/show few frames or something.

I honestly don't care what the rule is because that's dumb. I spent my 15$ on a "google play" giftcard for about 30,000 gratals. I bought body resulting in 20,000 now. I thenfore bought a head for 20,000 if I only get returned 1/2 of that for what I spent because of an admin's accidental acception then that's his FAULT. I deserve my full amount of money. I'm sorry to argue but my money WILL be fully refunded. I spent USD on the damn in-game currency.

It's just an edited head. Not completely your work.

Animation isn't allowed where it changes faces.

Reason it probably got accepted is because they didn't look at all the frames and missed it OR they didn't know it was a violation.

Well it isn't allowed. I think it's stated in the upload rules too, but I might be wrong. If not then it can be added.

The reason you received 1/2 of the refund was because it broke the animation rule. Heads are allowed small animations such as blinking or flashing earrings, but no face changes.

I had no clue about this Shiz meaning I shouldn't have 1/2 of a refund back. I want my full refund... I spent my money on it it's obviously a misunderstanding.

• You may not upload any graphics that are obscene, indecent, or controversial in nature. Any such material will result in a loss of uploading privileges and may lead to further punishment.
• Do not use pure black or pure white in your graphics. These two colors are used for transparency in-game and will not be visible on any images that are uploaded.
• Respect copyrights and only upload graphics that you have made yourself or that you are authorized to use. Any concepts that are taken from television shows, video games or any other forms of media will not be accepted. Works that are inspired by such material are only accepted under some circumstances. It is therefore encouraged that you design original ideas for your graphics to avoid any issues that may arise.
• Minor accessories are allowed, but no graphics should act in substitute of a hat. If accessories are added to files, such as heads, then they need to be integrated into the design itself. All masks that cover the entire face or hats that are just stuck on top of a head will be denied.
• Ensure that all visual effects that are applied to your graphics are appropriate. All heads and bodies should make proper use of the dimensions provided. In this regard, small or invisible graphics are not allowed. No images are allowed to use rapid flashing or color-changing effects.
• Heads which are not allowed: MEME heads, Food / Gummybear heads, Futuristic heads (this includes robots), Moving / Flashing heads, Real life heads, Heads with glasses, Heads with leaves on them (qualifys as a hat), any masks on the head are not allowed.
• Bodies which are not allowed: Blob bodies, Gummybear bodies, Bunny bodies, Food bodies, Ghost bodies, Mermaid bodies, Bodies with weapons attached to them

Suspiciously near-criminal acts of charging/keeping money like that is really in line with how the people running Graal do things. They don't care about you as a customer or a person, so caveat emptor on future purchases.

The only surprisingly thing here is that you got any refund at all, I am sure they do that just to placate people. They would keep all of it if they could.

That being said, I would be glad to send you some paypal money. I know how hard it is to wait or save up for a long time for a giftcard just to see it wasted on a try.
