The link I had was to his website, which is no longer up. Its nothing interesting really, it's really something you could be better off without reading. He doesn't appear to be the most respectable of people.

Based on what I've read, he has faced allegations of child molestation, and was allegedly convicted of sexual assault of a minor. The supposed arrest was in January 2005. There's plenty of circumstantial evidence on the web to back this up, but I haven't come up with a smoking gun personally. Supposedly his publicized work with Sonic beta testing proved to be a smoking gun in the past.
